NVT's Introduces 4-Channel Power Supply Cable Integrator Hub

Menlo Park, CA, Network Video Technologies (NVT), has just released a revolutionary NV-4PS10-PVD 4-Channel Power Supply Cable Integrator Hub. The NV-4PS10-PVD provides camera power while delivering video and P/T/Z telemetry all over a single 4-pair Cat5 cable. Up to 4 cameras are supported by this compact wall, or desk-mount unit.

The NVT model NV-4PS10-PVD combines a 1 Amp/channel power supply with pass through video and telemetry data, for up to 4 cameras, all over UTP wire. Designed for installation in the wiring / IDF telecom closet, or at the Control /MDF room, the NV-4PS10-PVD consolidates connectivity via standard 4-pair RJ45 EIA/TIA 568B compliant premises wiring and pinouts. At the camera, Power, Video and Data connections are made using the new NV-226J-PV transmitter, the NV-216A-PV (both are power-video only) or the NV-218A-PVD transceiver via an RJ45 connector and a single 4-pair cable.

As with all NVT products, the NV-4PS10-PVD carries a lifetime warranty, is UL and cUL listed, and CE, RoHS, and WEEE compliant.

The PVD family allows installers and end-users to benefit from the performance, cost savings, simplicity, and future-proofing of structured building wiring.
