Distance Equalization
NVT Active Receivers come equipped with easily accessible trimpots which are used to adjust the video signal's sharpness and brightness.
These trimpots allow fine tuning flexibility, as the video signal's high and low frequencies are adjusted independently of one another for the best quality video.
Recommended adjustment procedure: Start with both controls at their minimum (counter-clockwise) positions. The viewed picture may be dim and gray. Increase the LF/Low-frequency/Brightness control until the whitest part of the picture is white. Next, increase the HF/High-frequency/Sharpness control until the picture is clear but not grainy.
